The rainy season usually lasts about 6 months in Saigon. Fortunately, the rain here doesn’t last very long. If it rains heavily at the time the tour starts, we will delay the tour between 15 - 30 minutes for the rain to lighten up.
If it rains heavily during the tour and we cannot continue, we will get a car to take you back to your hotel safely. You will only be charged for your time on the tour, not the full tour.
You are welcome to reschedule your tour to another day in case it rains heavily (subject to availability). If you decide to cancel the tour due to the rain, our cancellation policy will be applied. If we have to cancel the tour due to the rain, you will receive a full refund.
